This is a test home page -you can find this when you are loggeed in within the Manage Tab, then Pages then thepage called Home.
Normally the default page of a worpdress blog would be the blog posts but this theme allows you to get a head start at using wordpress as a CMS system alongsode the blog.

I think for started it would be good to see what you can do with this CMS based template in terms of linking to that SOAP service you have created.
Maybe create a new static page via the Write Tab, then Page and call it deals and see what html requests you can use to get m4e deals on this newpage.
Also try and add the sunshin plugin ASAP and play with that.
